I've had a lot of new clients no show appointments.  I'm sorry to say I've had to start a no show policy and late show policy.  Most appointments are 30 minutes. I cannot have a client be 15min late for a 30 min appointment.   Then I'll run behind with the next clients.

Please know that we rely on clients to keep their appointments.  This is a small business and clients who no show cost money.   Please give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  PLEASE TEXT  AT 907-444-7415 or 907-240-3280 if you need to cancel your appointment.

IF YOU ARE 10 MIN LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW.  AND THE NO SHOW FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
